A brand is your businesses personality; it’s a promise to people that they will feel a certain way when they think about your business and have a certain experience when they engage with your services or products. This is done by not only having a distinct and consistent visual brand identity, but also in all of the other ways that your brand communicates with its customers both face to face and digitally.


Your brand will be the heart of your business and set the foundation for everything that you do. People evaluate brands using their emotions, based on personal feeling and experiences, rather than factual information, which is why having a strong brand that connects with your audience is important. 


Before beginning any design work I like to gain an understanding of what your business goals are, who your target audience is, and who your brand is to ensure that design outcomes don't just look nice but also have a strategic and conceptual thought process behind them, to effectively represent your brand, appeal to your target audience and fulfil your businesses needs.
